About Sahayeb
Sahayeb Data Park and Sahayeb Data Centers are owned by the Saudi First Data Center Fund, a private investment fund regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS), a listed company on the Saudi Exchange, is proud of its role as a strategic technical partner in the development and execution of this initiative.
At MIS, we are committed to supporting the growth of the data center sector in the Kingdom by contributing to the construction of an integrated network of data centers that form the backbone of cloud computing. These centers feature an initial combined capacity of 24 MW, with the scalability to reach 120 MW of IT capacity, offered as Wholesale Colocation facilities to serve major service providers and Hyperscalers.
Sahayeb Data Park is one of the leading national initiatives in the data center field, developed by Sahayeb Data Centers under the umbrella of the Saudi First Data Center Fund, aiming to support digital transformation goals and enhance the cloud computing ecosystem in the Kingdom.
MIS participates in enabling this ecosystem by providing technical expertise, design, and implementation. The project consists of an advanced, Tier III-certified data center network, prepared to host major technology companies in strategic locations including Riyadh and Dammam. These centers provide highly scalable, carrier-neutral infrastructure, alongside a flexible and secure environment that supports wholesale colocation, cloud computing, and interconnection.
These facilities have been designed according to the highest standards of sustainability and security to provide advanced and reliable solutions that meet the needs of mission-critical operations, reinforcing the Kingdom’s position as a leading regional hub for data centers and digital services.
